PS: I already emailed Dolby but I know you guys are so much faster and I thought it would be a good reference for anyone else who has or might have the same issue.
Also, when I go to my sound settings, speaker properties, Dolby, It shows Dolby Digital Plus as ON with the power icon as a blue circle. I want to try reinstalling the software but cannot find the link on your website or on which is where my stock PC drivers and software are located. My laptop came with the Dolby Home Theater v4 software but it was removed when refreshed my PC, I re-downloaded it but it is not working properly and I am not sure why.
